Visits to theatres

Every year the teachers of Czech language and literature organize visits to evening performances played in Prague, Hradec Králové, Pardubice and Brno theatres. The attendances at the theatres are optional and they are organized at least four times a year.
The theatregoing is sometimes connected with the sight-seeing tours of the towns, where the performances are held.

School balls

The traditional graduation ball is organized in January or February every year. As suitable and large ballroom is not available in Letohrad, the ball is held in the house of culture in Ústí nad Orlicí. Here, in a very friendly atmosphere, graduates, their parents, relatives and teachers meet to dance, chat and recall the years spent at the Secondary Technical School.

Fine art cascade (exhibition)

Some students, who are staying at the boarding house, help to organize Fine art cascade in Letohrad every year. The cascade is one-week exhibition presenting the work of local amateur artists and handicraftsmen. Some of our girl-students also change into irresistible and charming models and parade the work of the handicraftsmen, e.g. ceramic jewellery made by Jana Zamazalová.
